The Marina Hotel sits on the Arabian Gulf in Kuwait City. The hotel is part of a larger project that includes the Marina Mall, one of the city’s most successful shopping centres. Ayala was awarded two contracts, the first to supply the FF&E for the presidential suites and public areas, and a further contract to fit out the adjacent convention hall.

The contemporary interior was the work of SSH, a leading consultant in the Middle East and Ayala worked closely with them in the execution of this contract, producing marble, joinery, furniture, lighting, carpets, artwork, accessories and fabrics in Europe and Asia.
