The Courtyard by Marriott hotel is situated in the Arraya commercial centre in Kuwait City. This contemporary landmark architectural project was designed by PACE with Hirsch Bedner of Atlanta providing the interior design. It features a multi-story glazed atrium which provides the hotel with its lobby, reception and all-day dining restaurant.

Ayala supplied and installed the FF&E for this hotel, fitting out all guestrooms, suites, guest corridors and public areas as well as the adjacent Arraya Convention Centre which boasts one of the largest ballrooms in the city.
