The Kempinski Emirates Palace was a large government undertaking to build a conference hotel in Abu Dhabi. Ayala performed a limited but nevertheless important role in this project in that we were selected to build off-site fully operational mock-ups of the royal suites including a majlis, dining room, bedroom, dressing room and bathroom, plus a ministers suite and a standard hotel guestroom.

The contract involved design development and the construction of fully finished and working rooms, working closely with LEO design of Singapore and project managers Turner International to achieve this within a tight programme and to a very high standard in order to set the benchmark for the work on site.
