A beach resort on the coast between Kuwait City and the border with Saudi Arabia, the Kempinski was designed as a small boutique hotel with guestrooms and villas in a garden setting with swimming pools and a long private beach front. With interior design by Hersh Bedner & Associates, Ayala was given the task of fitting out the public areas of the hotel.

With the custom joinery being produced in Dubai, furnishings in Italy and lighting in Asia, Ayala was able to achieve the quality standards of this demanding client within its budget constraints.
